Avoid PETG Oozing Problems

When I print using PETG filament on the Prusa MK3S+ some PETG always oozes out of the extruder while the bed is heating. I think this happens because the extruder heats up very quickly but the bed is much slower. So some melted PETG oozes out of the extruder while it is waiting for the bed. See photos below.

If I leave that ooze on the extruder then often a glob forms on the extruder during printing. My solution is to wait at the printer while the bed is heating and carefully remove any ooze from the extruder. When the print head starts moving I stop removing the ooze. Someone else might figure out a better solution.
